Hans-Werner Kroesinger

Kroesinger’s project departs from the notion that our individual cosmos reaches well beyond our lifespan and carries traces from previous generations in the distant past: privileges, secrets, repressed traumas, hidden crimes, changed names, forgotten relatives... A set of performances invites the audience to engage in an intimate dialogue with a performer from the Gorki ensemble; to listen to someone else’s stories, reveal one’s own past and refl ect upon personal objects that have shaped our memories.
